Photo Collage Ads, Billboards and Banners
A collage made from hundreds of real photos stops people: it's personal, it rewards a second look, and it shows the people behind a business. Shape Collage makes them in any shape, from your own photos, at billboard resolution.

For its 27th anniversary, Phuket International Hospital in Thailand ran a billboard with the island of Phuket made from photos, next to the line "27 Years of Trust — Serving Phuket Since 1982". It turned a milestone into something personal and local, and it was a big success.
Ideas for businesses
- Anniversaries: your logo, your city or the number of years, made from photos of customers and staff through the years.
- Billboards, banners and trade show booths: a big, detailed image that draws people closer.
- Product launches and campaigns: the product's silhouette made from photos sent in by customers.
- Social media and websites: a cover image or a "thank you" post made from your community's photos.
- Recruiting and company culture: the logo made from photos of the team.
- Events and fundraisers: a poster made from attendees' or donors' photos.
How to make one
- Collect the photos: customers, staff, products, events. A few hundred make a rich image; for a billboard, use as many as you can.
- Choose the shape: your logo (see logo collages), a map, a number, or a word typed with Text.
- Set a large size. Billboards are viewed from a distance, so about 30-50 pixels per inch is enough: a 48 × 14 foot billboard needs roughly 20,000 × 6,000 pixels.
- Click Create, save, and add your headline and contact details in your design program. Shape Collage Pro saves a Photoshop file with each photo on its own layer.
Using it for a business? Commercial use needs a Shape Collage Pro commercial license ($75), which also removes the watermark. Make sure you have permission to use the photos, especially of customers.
